Anyone else struggling with potty training?

Any other moms struggling with potty training? My 2 almost 3 year old was using the potty at least 2x a day and now he refuses… I try offering the potty and using positive encouragement but nothing seems to work… I’m not pressuring him and I know it’ll happen in time… I just feel so lost

That must be frustrating. But he will use it when he is ready. He will sense if you are anxious, so I wouldn’t even bring it up for a while. Good luck.

I never had that issue. Mine was potty trained at 18 months. But I would suggest no diapers or pull-ups. Ever. Underwear and waterproof bed pad. A couple times being wet he will be done.

I couldn’t get my son to potty train until almost 4. It was so much harder to potty train him than it was my daughter.

You need to be the adult and control the narrative. He makes a mess he cleans it up. Do not back down
