Hello Mamas, is anyone else experiencing a cold and nasty cough being pregnant? My oldest is in kindergarten and he got sick over the weekend. Now the whole house has it. Mom, dad, brother, sister and my oldest… I’m 31 weeks so I know I’m limited on things. Anyone have any remedies that helped them get through it? Luckily not covid and this is our first time getting sick in a while… anyone know how to get this nasty phlem out of throat!?
For the phlegm, I’d recommend sinuses rinses at least daily (just do NOT use tap water — buy distilled water or used bottled water). It really does help thin out the phlegm.
