Has anyone ever been on zofran for nausea while pregnant? Have you had any side effects while taking it? I’ve been on it since Monday this week so literally 3 days and so far everytime I take it my nausea subsides for a short time and then comes back due to lightheadedness and dizziness…does it eventually go away for the side effects or did you have to change medications for nausea?

It may not be strong enough and definitely try it with food. It was the only thing that helped me keep food down for both my pregnancies.
Is it 4 mg or 8mg? You might need the stronger one. It was the only thing that allowed me to keep food and water down for all 3 of my pregnancies.
Have you tried taking it with food?
Yeah I get bad constipation with it and it really doesn’t do a whole lot to help with nausea I found for me at least.
I was on zofran with a past pregnancy, and am on in this pregnancy as well. I have noticed I feel dizzy occasionally which makes the nausea worse, my doctors paired “Phenergan” to help with that.
I used it 3x a day during this pregnancy but it wasn’t enough so they added b6 3x a day and two unisom before bed and that helped a ton for me personally
Zofran gives me constipation aside from that no other issues
It makes me feel the same as well and if not, it does nothing tbh. Matter of fact, I had 2 doses yesterday after epidural made me sick and Zofran made it worse!
