Anyone here a runner?

Non kid related… any moms here that are runners? I am trying to figure out why the last few runs my legs feel extremely stiff. I know I drink enough water, I mean it has been abnormally hot, so I think I am. Any clue? And also I am having a heck of a hard time improving my mile time. I feel like my runs are getting worse. Any suggestions are great.

When I was training I had to weigh myself before and after exercise. The weight loss was just fluids so in the 30 min after the exercise I had to drink 1.5 times what I’d lost (I.e. 1kg lighter = had to drink 1.5 litres of water/ hydralite)

Electrolytes are probably needed

Make sure your stretching first.
