Anyone been on Phentermine for weight loss??? Looking for pros and cons
I took it 3 different times and wouldn’t take it again. I didn’t like the way it made me feel…heart raced, cold sweats, very anxious. Then when my 3 months was finished…it all came back and more it different areas than it was….
I tried it on and off for about a year. My doctor would only prescribe it 3 months on 3 months off. The first time it worked good lost 20-30lbs but everytime I went back on it it was less effective. It made me really anxious and made my heart race and I couldn’t sleep on it either I was so sleep deprived. I finally realized it was doing more harm than good. When I finally quit for good I gained it all back plus another 30lbs. Never again.
I’ve been on Phentermine for almost 2 months. I’ve lost 20lbs and feel good. For the first week I felt energized, maybe a little anxious but that went away quickly. I have forgotten to take it a few times, and I still felt as though I had taken it. During this process, I have also learned to eat better and more mindful and realize how important water is. Exercise is a must.
I took it for 3 months and lost alot of weight. And then went off it and gained that weight back and then some
I took it longgggg ago and at one point I felt like I was having a head attack…I threw up for like 4 days straight so ya I lost weight but it def wasn’t worth it at all
Phentermine 37.5 was literally a miracle pill for me. First time I lost close to 90 pounds, took for 3 months off 1 month continued my strict diet and exercise routine then back on for 3 months more months. My highest weight was 256 got down to 168-170 pounds. Maintained weightloss for about a year being off. Gained 50 back due to 2 pregnancies back to back. Currently just ended my 1st month back on the medication and I am down 12 pounds in 4 weeks. The only con for me was super dry mouth and forcing myself to eat. It stoped all the “food noise” immediately and I was never hungry. This medication isn’t for everyone and that’s okay. But for me, it was amazing and a true life changer.
Good luck!
