Does anyone in this group suffer from ppmd ? How do you handle it? I’m struggling any advice would be appreciated.

I do. PMDD. When I had to use birth control I opted for less hormones. They have low hormone birth control so it can help you regulate and get a idea of when each month and plan accordingly. Now that I’m older, I suggest Advil and push through. I had used birth control until recently to regulate. It sucks, but you can do this!
