Has anyone’s blood results come back wrong for baby gender?? Just curious as I am waiting for my results. TIA!!

Ive only gotten 2. Both were right.
My girlfriends said boy and it was a girl!
Mine never were. I have 4 kids but only the last 2 had blood gender…I don’t think they could be unless they mixed up the blood w someone elses
What blood gender test? If it is one from the doctors office the chances of it being wrong are basically non-existent. The at home ones are more likely to be wrong due to user error though (male DNA being present in the area the sample was collected).
Depends if it was done at home yes because of variables. If you had it done at a doc office or lab during the correct window then no. It’s about 99% it goes off their DNA. You’re more likely to have a wrong ultrasound than blood test.
I got the dr one but the kits I’ve seen a few on my friends list it be wrong lol
If you did the sneak peek theres a good chance it may not be accurate. The website claims it’s 99% accurate… it’s more like 50% accurate lol way too many patients thinking they’re having a boy or girl because of sneak peek and it’s wrong. But if you’ve had the blood test at your OB for chromosomes etc like panorama or progeny it’s VERY accurate
