Does anyone else feel like 3 is worse than 2? My daughter will be 3 in a few days, and is absolutely feral, the independence (which isn’t always a bad thing), the attitude, the tantrums.

Lol I feel ya! 3 is much more terrible than 2. We skipped terrible 2s.

Yes their confidence is booming and they are fearless.
Yes 3 and 4 was worse than 2 for me with my daughter. All ages come with pros, cons and phases.
They don’t call them threenagers for nothing! 
Keep her busy—this is the age they may like helping you do household tasks so take advantage of that: folding washcloths, putting clothes in the washer & dryer, picking up their spaces, adding ingredients for cooking, setting the table with whatever is unbreakable, etc. My genius mom had me dusting all the table legs so she didn’t have to bend over. It’s OK if you have to re-do it later; just encourage them to keep improving.
Give her as much control as possible by letting her pick her preference of two good choices: this shirt or that one? This vegetable or that one? Teeth brushing or pajamas first?
I read where odd years they are off kilter because they’re learning so much and it’s hard. Even years they have achieved some mastery but instead of being happy about it they may turn into little tyrants. Being bold and confident will serve her well in adulthood.
I call them the terrorist 3s.
But suddenly they turn 5 and they’re sweet again
100% with all of my children.
Not sure… I lucked with mine… she never threw tantrums… at the age of 3 she was a blessing… it’s when she would sit and color, play with her mega bloks, or play dough for hours… we had the most fun when she was 3 and 4 to be honest… her Crayola Art easel I got her was a god send… we could take up a half a day painting, and drawing together!

Haha!! Yes!! Bc 3 year old know better!! It just depends on the child. My four year old granddaughter has had zero behavioral problems, no tamtrums, etc like her dad did.

My mom always said “trying twos, terrible threes”. But honestly it depends on the child. My daughter was a monster from birth until about 3-4. My son was perfect until about that same age.
