Iodine deficiency, eat more fish. Or nascent iodine drops. Be well.

But I assumed they were normal.

Yes. Try some tincture of sage . Few drops in a little water. Its natural , reasonably priced and works like a dream. …taste leaves a lot to be desired though lol
