I’m like 6 weeks pregnant & I’m having period like cramps like it feels like I’m going to poop like NOW (but I can’t poop) it goes away briefly the. It’s super painful like tingling my legs pain? should I go to the hospital?? It’s my 2nd pregnancy

It’s your body getting use to the changes. If followed any blood go to the ER to be checked
It’s normal but if you get any bleeding you need to see your doctor or emergency room.
Yes period cramps are normal during the 1st trimester. If you start bleeding, call your ob or go to the ER because you may be having a miscarriage.
Call your obgyn and talk to them, so they could keep an eye on you hbg levels. Just because there is no bleeding doesn’t mean something can’t be wrong. This is just my advice from my experience.
During pregnancy and with children my rule is “when in doubt, get checked out”. I would rather “waste” someone’s time and be ok than wait and not be!

How long have you been cramping?
It sounds like it could be round ligament pain, but I would give your doctor a call to be on the safe side.
You need to call your ob or go to the emwrgroom, you may be having a miscarriage
