No, in the business it’s called lightening crotch. Not pleasant but it happens. Just baby moving in the right way.
The first time it happened to me I was at the grocery store, almost sent me to my knees. My first pregnancy It happen a lot, my second, I don’t really remember it much

Depends on far you are along in your pregnancy. Would ask your OB/GYN
