Needing some advice on getting my 4 year old to eat enough in the morning by the time he gets to preschool he is “hungry” and throwing a huge tantrum about it… Are there any protein shakes out there okay enough for a 4 year to help hold him over?

Probably can use an adult one, just not the whole amount
Kendamil company makes a vita-boost shake in 3 different flavors, you can buy it at Target.
Also, Healthy Heights has a protein powder that you mix with milk or water. These 2 companies have clean ingredients.
Pediasure. Kroger has their own brand of them called Comforts that my kids liked
Our ped recommended doing a banana and peanut butter milkshake with whole milk for our 6 year old who has struggled with eating. She said it had similar nutritional value as the peadisure shakes we were previously doing but more cost effective.
