We heard from a producer of the Dr Phil show, yes, the real one. They are looking for moms who think their daughters are connecting with strangers online for an upcoming show. If you or anyone you know are in this situation, email her at Jennifer.Sellar@cbs.com

Why would anyone share this fear on national television?! If you suspect this talk to your kid, get to family counseling and take action.
This is when you change the wifi password and take their phones. If they can’t be responsible with them, then they don’t need any of it. Or commect your phone to theirs then you can see everything they do if taking stuff away isn’t an option.
Phillip McGraw (a.k.a. “Dr. Phil”) isn’t a doctor nor is he licensed by ANY medical board in the country. DO NOT embarrass yourself or your child to a national audience by appearing on his stupid television show. They DO NOT provide any of the help he promises on air. You’re better off finding a qualified LOCAL mental health professional.
He doesn’t wish to help he will just dig up your families skeletons and exploit them for views.
Dr. Phil likes to forget that most of his guests are suffering mentally and often need the most help and treats them like they are the bad guys. I think you could establish a much better relationship with your child by the two of you practicing healthy communication patterns as soon as possible, teach your children the dangers of the strangers, tik tok challenges, etc. You won’t have has many problems if you just listened to your kids.
