We did diaper pong! It was a big hit with the guys!

My water broke game. Stick a baby in a ice cube and the first person to have their water brake wins. Or get bottles and have them drink out of it first one done wins.
Amazon has game card packages for most baby shower themes. I ordered the decor and everything as a set.
Clothes pin game. Everyone gets a clothes pin and you can’t say baby. If you say it who ever catches you gets your clothes pin/pins and who ever has the most at the end gets a prize
Just here to say if you’re doing prizes don’t forget to do a door prize or two for something like signing a onesie! Those are always fun to include as well for people who hate games or just aren’t good at them. 
plus my son got a super cute signed onesie from everyone.
Personally, I hate games at showers & parties… but, to each his/ her own. Enjoy!

My favorite thing my host did was bought a piggy bank, made name tags using baby items ex: butt paste, diaper, bottle, onsie, rattle, wipes, crib… everyone chooses a name tag and that becomes your name for the night, anytime someone calls you something other than your name tag name they had to put change into the piggy bank. It was cute & fun & my baby girl ended up getting about $35 from that game
4 jars of baby food labels removed. Blindfold people have them guess what it is. Carrots squash peas green beans tutti friutie. Etc. It’s funny.
Get new bottles and fill all with water. See who can finish first, harder than you think. Totally smash different candy bars in diapers and see who can match the most candy bars correctly. Guess the inches of the around of the Mom to be. Make little diapers and have everyone pin one on, put mustard in one, whoever gets it wins.

Baby bottles filled with whatever drink option, and have them drink it like a baby. Whoever empties first wins.

String and guess the size of the belly. Cut string to the size you think would fit around the belly.
Everyone gets a clothes pin and if someone catches you saying the word “baby”, they get your clothes pin. Most clothes pins at the end of the game wins a prize.
Buy a pack of diapers and some baby food. Put a spoonful of baby food in each diaper and guests have to guess what “baby” ate based on the color, texture, smell and (if they so choose) taste - this game sounds gross but it’s hilarious - depending on the guests sense of humor
Buy string. Everyone cuts a length of string with the intention of guessing the proper length of string that reaches around moms belly. Closest wins a prize.
Fill baby bottles with different candies and have guests guess how many candies (don’t forget to count the candy as you put it in)
Buy/print a calendar of the due date month and have people guess the delivery date - you can include the month before and after, if you want, for anyone who thinks she may go early/late - winner of this game has to wait for their prize until the baby is born though.
Buy or borrow some baby dolls and baby doll clothes. Blindfold the participant and see how well they can dress the baby while blindfolded.
Porn or labor? They are pictures & you have to guess if the picture is a porn face or labor face. You can find them on Amazon. It was a hit for a shower I helped throw!
Diaper change game - 1. blind fold 3 dads (1 should be the new dad). 2. Arrange a naked baby doll in front of each dad. Use a long table for this game. 3. Put a diaper and a trial size baby powder on either side of the baby doll. The goal is to see who can powder and diaper the baby doll the quickest. Its pretty silly but its fun.
Diaper raffle. Everyone who brings a package of diapers gets entered to win a door prize. We also did the baby food guessing at mine. Have also done the guess the candy in the diaper.

Baby bingo, Pin the diaper in the baby, guess how many Baby Ruth are in a big jar, baby bottle drinking contest, baby food eating contest, best baby outfit using a roll of toilet paper, guess the birthdate, weight and time, bobbing for pacifiers, don’t say “baby”.
