Hey mamas, wondering if anyone has put their child on singular for allergies? And what are your opinions good or bad? Thanks!!!

Our dr prescribed singular in the evening and Zyrtec in the mornings. My son is now 20 months and he has done that since he was about a year old. Those work great for him!

My kids ages 12, 10, 7, and 2 take singulair in the mornings and Zyrtec at night. We were doing the opposite but the Zyrtec seemed to make them sleepy so we switched. But they both work well.

My son heard voices on singular and it was really bad, luckily the dr realized what was causing him to hear voices.

My daughter was on singulair when she was younger and it caused really bad depression. She didn’t want to do anything but lay in bed and cry.

My youngest got put on it ehen she was a toddler to help with her eczema because it was so bad. She had some bad side effects as well

My daughter (8) has been on singulair off and on (seasonal) since she was about 4. It has worked wonders for her… We also combine it with Zyrtec in the mornings.

My son has been taking it for about a year, he just turned 16. It helps and he tolerates it well.

My daughter is 5 and has been taking it for over a year 4mg chewable. She has mild asthma. If she misses a dose she is coughing like crazy the next day.

Make sure it’s actually allergies. What I thought for 2 years was allergies was solved by weekly chiropractor visits.

My grandaughters take singular there doing great with it

I was on it when I was little. No complaints. Tasted like bublegum

Both my daughters take it…they have been on it for a few years. They are 14 and 12. Helps them a lot.
