What’re some good BLW meals for beginners?
Dissolvable things like crackers or french bread and squishy things like bananas and avocado. Cut them in sticks so baby can hold them and chew as they please. My kids also did really well with noodles like macncheese and spaghettios.
My son loved sweet potatoes, carrots, toast with hummus or fruit spread, strawberries, etc. You can pretty much give baby anything as long as it’s not too hard and in big chunks.
