Best baby rash cream?

What is the best diaper rash cream? My baby has a rash that will not go away?

Butt paste. Once I used it, I never used anything else.

Curash powder 100% dries it up, why put moisture on something that’s already wet and sore…

Clean bottom, dry with a towel, then a little cornstarch power and Desitin Overnight cream on top.

All creams made my kids worse I’d put vaseline in the day. At night let air to area after bath then talc for bed

Direct sunlight for as long as possible during the day when need to cover suddenly cream or desitin

Vaseline, best thing ever for it. Generations in our family swear by it.

Burn flour and baking soda than put it on like baby powder used it for my kids and grandkids make it light brown :grinning:

Cornstarch is all that worked on my babies. No matter what crean we used, it wouldnt keep it dry enough to heal.

Mix Nystatin powder with extra strength Desitin. As in throw in half the bottle into the big container of Desitin.

Nystatin cream you need a script tho

Resinol.
Ask your pharmacy or get it on amazon. Redness & irritation were basically gone overnight for my kids.

Xtra strength desitin and then put baby powder cornstarch on top of the desitin.

Aquaphor Baby 3 in 1 after every diaper change.

Clear ointment like auquaphor is a preventative. If they have redness…I use Desitin. If it’s a rash that requires prescription nystatin, apply the nystatin and then cover it with a layer of desitin to keep it in place.

We used butt paste. It was in a blue tube. Cleared it up in less than 24 hrs

I use this for my daughter as anything with petroleum or zinc oxide makes her rashes worse

You can also just use plain old coconut oil too in a bind

Pinkxav is by far the best might have to ask the pharmacy for it it’s not a prescription but they keep it behind the counter around here

Sudocream but if its a rash due to Moisture try to leave the bum open to air as much as you can. If it doesn’t go away possibly see your dr. for canesten cream for a yeast infection.

Pure cornstarch. You’re not supposed to put moisture in moisture. It needs to dry out.

It may be yeast at this point and you will need a cream prescription. Talk to your pediatrician.

Gold Bond Baby Powder works better than anything we tried. Had all of it gone in less than 24hrs.

Anyone that contains Zinc Oxide is the best

Dr. SMITHS. I BELIEVE AMAZIN HAS IT

Medicated Vaseline. Boudreaux butt paste

Aquaphore is absolutely the best!

Take to Dr and get prescription. It’s probably a yeast infection. My kids got yeast infections quite often. Have you changed brands of diapers? My kids couldn’t wear some brands. You have to be careful because some creams/ointments will burn.
The pinkxav didn’t work with my kids, it like burned when you put on

We had the best results with butt paste

Boudreaux’s Butt Paste!!! Silly name, EXCELLENT product! My sensative-skinned guy had this slathered on him, to get him throught the night. Titanium Oxide based, just like the old fashioned sunblock. WORKS!

Eucerian cream no light blue in lable just red lid on jar . It works on everything frim baby to big grown man

Soak bath with dove soap, make sure completely dry, Desitin

Lotrimin. The athletes foot cream.
My daughter got c9nstant yeast infection rashes as a baby, and the Dr kept giving her a peracription. Then one day he told me, to keep from having to come back so often, just use lotrinin it has the same active ingredients as the prescription med. I started using that and it worked everytime. With my second and 3rd I never used anything but that, and it always works!!

Don’t waste your time and money on creams. I used to use pure corn starch and within a day or 2 the rash was gone.

Lecithin it’s a vitamin break open the capsule it’s the best

A Dr told us to do this. Mix a tube of Desitin a tube of monostadt and a couple tablespoons of maylox. Apply liberally. Works every time

Bath in baking soda water air dry .
