Best bottles for breastfeeidng?

I need advice on how to get my 3 month old to take a bottle. When she was a little baby she would take one, but since she’s basically exclusively breastfed now she refuses a bottle. She will just chew on it and get mad rather than sucking. Any tips and tricks would help!

Have someone else give it to her.

Have you tried different bottles? Seems so simple but maybe it’s a bottle issue? Someone actually had a bottle sample box you could get. Mmm maybe someone will know I can’t recall the name

Their are certain nipples you can purchase. Also if you have any breast milk left give it in the bottle. Don’t get discouraged.

Maybe begin using a nipple shield, to help with the nipple part of the bottle

My son chewed couple times I asked the doctor they said give it time within a week he was drinking

Also I have an Advent bottle. That’s the only bottle mine has ever taken. He’s refused all else. Now he won’t take a bottle (because I stopped trying so often) so also keep up on it don’t stop. Mine now occasionally sips out of a sippy (he’s 11 months) bc he sees his big brother (2 years) doing it.

My son had bad nipple confusion. The nipple that saved me was by playtex called the natural latch nipple. It’s similar to your own. Also try uping the flow from slow to medium depending on your letdown. That helped me. Best of luck.

Supporting Mommas with Munchkins in a group mom group that doesn’t allow bashing!!! Just LOVE

Make the nipple on bottle bigger

Munchkin latch bottles!!

My little guy had a hard time the first few times I tried giving him a bottle, but then I tried with the advent natural nipple. Good luck!

I had the same problem, the only bottle I could get my daughter to use was Nanobebe bottles. Def try them!

I used playtex nursers for my babies it is closest to your own nipple and see if that works good luck momma

I tried everything my daughter didn’t even take a pacifier. Up until she started straw sippy cups. Some babies just won’t.

Try a larger flow nipple.

Find a bottle with a nipple that is closest to what yours is like.

Have had success Minbie bottles. Excellent with baby thatll only breastfeed!

My daughter never did.

have you tried pumping yourself, then putting the breast milk in a bottle, then after the baby is taking it, then you can add small amounts of formula.

They have nipples that are like breasts. I tried them with my daughter but she didn’t like it. She used to take a bottle when she was tiny too but then she got to where she would ONLY nurse… Once she started on a bottle though i couldn’t pump after exlusive nursing… Idk why… And so now shes fully formula fed. Shes only 5 months. Uses regular nipples.

My son won’t even put anything in his mouth that he knows will have milk in it. He strait up throws it or covers his mouth. I decided it’ll be easier to just wait till his birthday and increase his meals instead of trying to switch to a bottle. He is the type that’ll go on a hunger strike if I try to put milk in a bottle or his sippy. Sad thing is that he used to take a bottle. But then all of a sudden refused because I think he realized what he wasn’t getting. He will drink water or apple juice from a sippy.

You have to try different bottle until you find the one baby likes good luck it’s a frustrating task

MAM bottles! Just keep trying different brands but MAM worked for my 2 month old. I also tricked her by putting her in position like she was going to BF then stuck the bottle in her mouth.

Four month old is the same way!! But we found this life saver at Walmart she loves it!

I would get a bottle closest to you,and have someone else feed them.keep trying
