Best brand of magnesium to take?

Hey if any of y’all take magnesium, I want to buy some because my doctor recommended that I take magnesium with vitamin D3. If y’all can let me know what brand y’all buy that would be great because she literally just said that anything over-the-counter, but all vitamins are not the same

I use Seven Minerals Magnesium lotion! Easy to absorb magnesium in skin! Tried magnesium supplements they can upset the stomach!
When taking D3 ask your dr about taking K2 also, they work best together! Especially if the D3 dose is high! I take 10000 iu of D3 and 200mg of K2 recommended by my orthopedic surgeon

I take prescription magnesium was taking it with vitamin d but that deleted my pottasium so be careful

I use whatever is cheapest and have had no issues. I take 250mg everyday

I’d love to know of a good one that is easy to swallow , small , not chalky like an aspirin or if there is a good gummy

Just type in magnesium capsules on Amazon, it should pop some up.

I take pink stork total magnesium, and it’s both magnesium and D3!
