Graco extend2fit. Absolutely no competition. My 6 year old came home in hers when she was born and she just now outgrew it (and she’s tall for her age). It goes from preemie all the way to booster aged. I think the specs are 4lb to 65lb. It has padding for smaller babies that you can remove later, and it has a little tray that pulls out to extend leg room so you can safely rear face longer. The back also easily extends and slides as they grow without having to take it apart every time you need to go up a notch. We washed ours at least 10-15 times in the last 6 years and it was still holding together strong.
