What are some Cheap affordable, shampooer ? I just bought a used car that definitely needs seat to be shampooed . Also a plus if i can use it on my rugs

I say it’s probably worth having a professional come out. They may do your rugs too.
They have the nicer quilty machine to steam out the stains. Most places will give you a free qoute
You could try using one of the car upholstery sprays with the scrubber on it. My seats looked brand new after I scrubbed the crap out of them. Smelled great too. Just bought from the auto section at Walmart or dollar general
If you have an ollies around you can get a good carpet shampoo machine for like 70 bucks and it works really well. Bissell with the soap they have for 9 bucks
