Pinkav, hands down. Absolutely the best I’ve found and I’ve used it on all 6 of my kids… clears everything up quickly

Aquaphor…using it every diaper change has prevented any rashes from ever starting!

Corn starch is the best too

Brown flour (put flour in a skillet to brown - stir often as it burns quickly). Apply to affected area at each diaper change. An “old wives remedy” but I’ve used it on my children when they were babies and my grandchildren even now.

old school — brown some regular white flour in a cast iron skillet — sprinkle on butt like powder . Clear it up in less than a day .

Sudocream
Sudocream mixed with Vaseline
Vaseline mixed with castor oil

Breastmilk and petroleum jelly

Breast milk or Vaseline only. But I’d ask your pediatrician.

Cocoa butter or if an actual rash then butt paste

Corn starch is the best! My kids never had diaper rashes.

Powder corn starch is always the best. Cream stuff sucks in my option.

If you by chance get a script for nystatin if you mix that with a little desitin it works wonders

Maximum zinc Desitin (purple) to protect… with cornstarch baby powder on top to absorb

I never used diaper cream I always used aquaphor

A&D ointment…if your baby has a diaper rash that won’t go away with otc creams, don’t wait, call the Ped. My daughters’ had the worst diaper rash when teething and it was a yeast diaper rash, cleared up within hrs of using nystatin cream

Gracefully Natural will be the only one for that!
Plus all the stuff for mommy after having the baby.

Pinxav pronounced pink sav. Works amazing!!

Pinxav it is amazing but where I’m from you have to go to the pharmacy and ask for it as they keep it behind the counter so if you can’t find it on the shelf just ask a pharmacist

You have to be careful because some will burn if it’s bad. Sometimes it’s a yeast infection and not diaper rash, which my kids would get. Then I would get a prescription from the Dr and it would clear right up.
A& d or bag balm is what I used. Also different brands of diapers made my kids get rash
