What are some face washes that might help with this acne!? I’m 12wks and 3days and before pregnancy I’ve never had acne and I want to CRY.

I like the lemon scrub, it’s in a yellow tube.
I use Dial antibacterial soap in the orange bar. No acne but you do need face moisturizer because it can be drying. My teen also uses it to keep her face clear
It’s not what you use, it’s how you wash. Here’s a cheap fix, go to dollar general, get a 1 dollar bar of Dove, wash your face with water as hot as you can stand it, rinse with cold water. Heat expands, cold contracts. Hot water opens your pores and allows everything out. The cold water closes your pores to keep everything out.
It’s hormonal acne unfortunately… but much you can do honestly. Hydrate with unscented face lotions and your face will stop producing so much oil. Washing it and drying it out will just make the pores think it needs to produce more oil to keep it hydrated on it’s own. Drink lots of water!
Use Clinique acne products- remember your hormones are going crazy and this too shall pass !
