This is awful but funny - when I breastfed, I literally used my hand 
! I didn’t know about a pump and not sure they made them then . I didn’t know to save my milk so I pumped and threw it away ( horrors ! ) so I could then nurse my baby without choking him . This was in 1988
Kmart wearable. 89 dollars and brilliant
