What liquid probiotics do you use? I need to get some into my toddler and idk what brands are legit. I can’t do gummies because he doesn’t like the texture. (he’s 2)

A friend of mine uses these.
Amazon has them. I just gave my kids yogurt.
Just give him yogurt for breakfast… If you can do diet changes first always try that before you bring in medicine. Even supplements. It gives the body a chance to learn how to heal itself.

WinkWell has a chewable pre & prebiotic. My kiddos love them.
I’m sure there is a valid reason your child needs them. The only real probiotics other than the ones already in your food would be something like Yakult or Actimel. But most yoghurt is probiotic anyway.
Zarbees is what we use it’s tasteless and I put right in liquid
