Maybe check your iron . Mine was very low they gave me iron pills I felt a little better.
I am no months pregnant, 63 years old and have less energy then when I was 9 mo pregnant !!!all kidding aside check with your doctor need to take good care of yourself and that little one. If you feel different check it out!
Cardio is the best thing to do if pregnant. I do a few minutes a day on an elliptical. I also lift weights but thats just to keep the love handles at bay lol
Please remember you are pregnant, and the first time around you didn’t have another to run around after!. But yes, check your iron
Swimming not work out just casual floating n swim it’s easy n relaxing to every part of the body
I’m 28.5 weeks pregnant with my second. My first is 18 months old. It’s beyond hard. My iron is excellent. I’m just tired and unmotivated. I can’t nap when my toddler naps because that’s my only chance to shower or clean certain things or eat uninterrupted. And I’m to the point where I don’t sleep well at all at night. I have a pregnancy pillow. I take vitamins. I even have morning coffee. Only in amounts my doctor is ok with because other wise I get extreme migraines from the lack of caffeine. I drink orange juice everyday. And I’m obviously pretty active chasing around my toddler. I eat enough. I do everything you could think of. But my motivation and energy just isn’t there. I know this doesn’t help you. I guess what I’m trying to say is it’s just hard being pregnant when you already have a child or children. With the first one I could literally nap anytime anywhere I needed to. That’s not the case anymore. If your iron is good like mine and you do everything suggested and it still doesn’t help just remember pregnancy has a deadline! And those first few week to months of constant night feedings also have a deadline. It will get better!
