Not sure of your curl but Aussie products for curls has made a major difference in mine.

I couldn’t tell you, Sweetie. I have curly hair that won’t do anything and is thinning due to medication. I use Nioxin shampoo against the thinning. And I keep my hair very short to combat unruliness.

For shampoo I use bed head super moisture, I have 4 different curls, it’s always breaking and that’s the only thing I’ve found as is shampoo that works, now my kids have looser curls and I use Cantù products on them and love it

I agree with following the curly girl method. You can “test” your hair for porosity and whatnot and then use safe products!
