Best vitamins for kids?

Help please!
My son is one and he eats food pretty good but for some reason he’s not eating nearly as much as he used too.
Do y’all think I should ask his doctor if it’s necessary to try him on a vitamin?

Kids go through phases. One week my girls will eat everything I give them and the next they won’t eat anything.

Nope kids do that it’s normal don’t worry he will make up for it later really

Perfectly normal, but I would start a multivitamin.

Vitamins can help make sure they aren’t missing things but it’s normal for kids to have changes in appitite and in what they like to eat. As long as he is still thriving and growing good then don’t sweat it.

How old? Teething ? Kids are weird & picky. My kid has sensory issues and he doesn’t even like touching the food and can only tolerate certain textures. I’d say just keep offering and then go from there. Don’t stop offering the variety of foods you usually would.

They have a formula for after age one to supplement nutrients if your kid is not eating enough food.

Kids will go through phases of eating lots and then not much at all. It’s totally normal. If he likes smoothies, look online and you will find TONS of amazing yummy ones for kids. They have fruit and veggies in them. They are great at getting all those nutrients into their body without seeing it. A multivitamin is fine as well. Just make sure u get ones for his age. No need to ask the doctor. It’s totally normal.
