Favorite/easiest way to make mini pancakes that can be frozen , not sure if I should get a dash or a pan that has individual little pancake sections??? I usually buy the frozen eggo ones but I’m trying to save money and Just make what I can and freeze!

I do this all the time without any special gear. I just make small pancakes like normal, let them cool, place parchment paper between each pancake and store in a freezer bag. To reheat kids wrap them in a damp paper towel for a min or so in microwave. Definitely a go to for school mornings.
