Best way to sleep while pregnant?

I am pregnant again after multiple losses, my youngest living child is 9. I am almost 15 weeks along, I am very uncomfortable. Which is fine I’ll take the pain to know my baby is fine. My question is, what’s the best position to sleep in that won’t cause harm to baby? I have read online and it told me many different things.

I slept on my stomach until I gave birth with all three of mine.

Left side with pillow between legs to ease or prevent strain on back/hip area.

Your left side is the best position. But any way you can sleep comfortably is fine. Don’t stress yourself out about it. Towards the end they don’t really want you to sleep on your back but sometimes you just can’t help it and it’s ok. Baby is tucked in good and safe in your uterus.

Left side for better blood flow. Synthetic down pillow to hold/wedge belly and arms. Get you a knee pillow, that really helps a lot.

Sleep on your side (either side) with a pillow between your legs.

At 15 weeks it shouldn’t be that bad right? I don’t know. I am asking
