I had my son in October of 2021. 6 weeks later I got the birth control nexplanon that goes in your arm. This will be my 2nd time using this type. 1st time I never had any issues besides taking a toll on my mental health but this time I am spotting pretty regularly and sometimes I can feel the implant poking from inside my arm and it hurts. Has anyone else had something similar? Should I call my doctor? I also looked this morning and have a bruise still from where it was put in. The bruise is literally outlining the whole implant.
