And if there are Grandkids there are so many handprint crafts online you can easily make one 
That all depends on what she interested in. Get her something small related to her hobbies. For me it would be craft stuff or Camera stuff … For my mom cross stitch stuff or Amish books… Without knowing your mom a bunch of strangers on the internet can’t help
