ideas for a birthday gift for my dude! he’s turning 41, owns his own business, loves fishing, we got 4 kids, i already got him a grill, man gets everything he wants when he wants it, and all he got last year for his birthday was divorce papers so i’m trying to make this a good one!

As a guy, I can say that at this age we don’t want things as you said we get what we want when we want it. Instead get him memories with you and the kids by going somewhere and doing something out of the ordinary.

If you gave him divorce papers last year on his birthday (pos move btw) the only gift I can think of is you moving out…
An experience. Take him somewhere he’d like, go bowling with the family, have the kids create a song, skit or other performance for him. Do they still do singing telegrams?
Go away for the weekend, visit historic sites nearby, visit breweries or wineries, a restaurant he’s always wanted to try.

Plan a fun day of stuff he likes. Car show, amusement park, movie, whatever. Then get or make him a nice steak dinner
