Seeking advice on moving out of state with minor
Anyone go through court to approve by a judge that it’s in the best interest of the child to move out of state with you? How’d it go?

Do you have a court order saying you need permission from the father? Or a court order at all? If not then you can just move, but if you do then if it’s a mothers state itll be pretty simple

It’s usually not in the best interest to move away from the other parent… most judges won’t approve…unless there is record of abuse of some sort
