That’s what I did with my son when he turned 1 :slightly_smiling_face:

Almond milk is essentially sugar and oil but yes you could technically use it as a substitute. You don’t necessarily need to give any milk at all. If you can provide a healthy alternative in other ways.

You don’t have to give any kind of milk as long as baby is eating well and getting nutrients And vitamins in other products.

Oat milk almond milk and rice milk are fine .
If they have a healthy diet and life style they will get all the nutrients they need from other foods ,you can also get a vitamin/probiotic/pre biotic to put in what theyre drinking , orange juice is good for calcium it helps the body absorb more nutrients where milk prevents the body absorbing iron

They need calcium, Vitamin D & fat. That’s why they have always recommended Whole milk. Pick something similar. Are you allergic to the milk protein?

We did Coconut milk. None flavored one.

Is it a lactose thing or a dairy thing? We use whole lactose free milk.

I give my daughter rice milk. She has the cow milk protein allergy
