Can people suggest some late night easy healthy snacks?

Chopped bananas and peanut butter :yum:

Fresh fruit and veggies. Cheese chunks. Bites or salami. Wheat crackers and peanut butter

sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, grapes

Granola bar or fruit

Cottage cheese w/ fruit. Berries, peaches or pears. Get some calcium.

Celery sticks w/ peanut butter.

Apples a boiled egg walnuts cottage cheese humus and crackers cucumber slices cherry tomatos


Ice with a sprinkle of crushed ice

Water and lots of air


If you eat at night, you have to wait a long time before you can eat again the next day! Be sure to give your body at least 15 hours with only water! Start eating at 10 am and stop eating by 7 pm; only water drinking before and after those times!

Celery with peanut butter

,i snack at night and shouldnt but i try To keep it healthy greek yogourt is also very good for you

Thin slices of carrots or Cucumbers and ranch dressing
