Has anyone else experienced contractions while having diarrhea/poopy time? LolMy midwife said it was normal (just to come back if it doesn’t stop) it has happened to me like twice now. I’m in my second trimester and now im just scared of eating of whatever i wanna eat

diarrhea dehydrates you so that would make sense. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids that have electorlytes if you are having diarrhea.
Diarrhoea can dehydrate you
Which will cause your bowl to expand and contract automatically
You need to drink more water or even hydralight
You may need to modify your diet
To include more fibre
Ask your Dr to refer you to a dietitian who specialises in pregnancy friendly diets
