Can someone explain what sunflower lecithin breastfeeding is?

Its an emulsifier. It will help your fat mix better with your sugary milk. If your hind milj is too fatty, it can have a hard time getting through the ducts, leaving your little one with just foremilk basically the whole time.
It worked for me! When I pumped while taking sunflower lecithin my milk had more fat content, rather than a paper thin layer on top.

I know taking sunflower lecithin can help with plugged ducts but I’m not sure what else it does.
