Anyone successfully potty train a 19m old?My almost 3yr old is having a hard time so thought it might be easier to do both at once .

My daughter was off the bottle and out of diapers at that age, only because she was dry in the am and never touched her bottle at night…it might help doing both at the same time it did with my grands. I boy 1 girl.
My first was 15 months my second was 18 months. As soon as my 13 month old can walk we are potty training her.
2 out of my 3 were potty trained at 13 months the last one was 19 months
All four of my kids and my two nanny babies were trained at 18mo. I feel it’s easier. They’re capable and willing to please. By the time they’re 2-3 they just want to do what they want to do. I just did 1-2 weeks no pants and we were all set, but it’s still a time investment checking in with them every 45-60min. disclaimer, I would never do this with carpet, and it doesn’t work for kids who go to daycare bc daycares can’t keep up with it
