I know you can take Benadryl

Plain basic Sudafed (most places you have to ask the pharmacist for it) and Benadryl are the best bets. I pretty much took Benadryl for everything though including headaches.

Sudafed. You can also do a Google search and find expert opinions on medical websites if you’re not sure.

Tylenol cold and flu. You can take Tylenol

Call your local pharmacy. Pharmacists know more about meds than doctors.

Tylenol cold and cough is what my ob told me to take when I was pregnant.

Tylenol or sudafed. But sudafed works best

Get ginger, lemon, turmeric and honey. Add a couple liters of water and make a tea… it’s all natural and works great. Add some ginger ale if you like too

Robitussin is what my doctor said

Robitussin just no p.m.

You can call a Walgreens pharmacist. There are some that are open 24/7. But, just in case, my ob told me I can take a lot of the meds listed in the thread, just can’t have the d after it. Like claritin, but not claritin d. Robitussin, just not robitussin d. Also, stay away from all night time formulas. There’s alcohol in them. Day time formulas are fine though.

Essential oils. Pepperment raven thieves

elcelzier the ones u put in the cups of water

2nd n 3rd trimester sudafed. And it wrks good. Have to use reg stuff

If you can check your blood pressure before taking itd be a good thing. If the Dr has ever said you Have high blood pressure- you better check first.

Here ya go! I dove 2 1/2 years back in my cloud and found this lmao. This is straight from my doctor when I was pregnant. Hope you feel better soon!

I was told absolutely none unless you need an antibiotic

Plain sudafed(but not in the third trimester) for congestion. Plain robitussin for cough. Tylenol(reg or extra strength) for fever. tylenol cold and sinus. Chloraseptic spray or lozenges for sore throat.

I’ve had 3 different OB/GYNs and they all had to have an after hours number… Because anyone can go into labor or have problems at any hour. Maybe ask what that number is next time you see your doctor.? They should be there to answer any questions you have.

My doctor told me that I could take Robitussin during my pregnancy

Robitussin my my best friend my last pregnancy. Zyrtec is all my doctor would let me take my first pregnancy which sucked. My doctor this time told me I can take anything that doesnt have dm in the name

Robitussin.

Or all natural, peppermint tea, chamomile tea, honey & lemon

Just ask the pharmacist they know everything call CVS Walgreens they will let you know

If you’re still not sure. Whenever I had a cold during pregnancy, I took a bath with the Vick’s baby bath. I never soaked my stomach area, but with enough warm water to relax in. It always made me feel better.

Tylenol cold and flu…or robitussin for cough…benadryl for allergies…but usually most doctors have an on call doctor either at the doctors office or the hospital…you can call local hospital birthing center and leave a msg to have the on call doctor call you back with any question that the midwife/nurse cant answer

Corisidine(not sure of the spelling) ask the pharmacist. You do not want anything that contains a stimulant or to make you drowsy. Look for ones especially for people with high blood pressure. I would call your doctor asap they have to have an answering service they deliver babies.
