I was in the ER and they did an ultrasound because I’m pregnant. In my discharge papers it says fetus 1 of multiple gestation?? What does this mean? does that mean I’m pregnant with twins cause they never told me thatDecline

I’m no expert but I googled it and read it means you are having twins triplets etc.

Have you been pregnant multiple times? Because it sounds like they’re just stating this isn’t your first gestation. Meaning pregnancy.

Twin mom here that means they seen or heard more then one baby

If you’ve had an ultrasound at one of your prenatal checkups, it’s possible they weren’t able to detect baby number 2 and/or baby number 3/4/5 etc.

At my first ultrasound they showed baby A and baby B.

I didn’t find out about baby C until I was miscarrying baby C at 12 weeks.

Call your OB, you have multiple babies in there!
