Vegan cheesy broccolis pasta I’m lactose intolerant with a 3 year old so have to do dinners to suit us all that’s always a winner
Goya Black bean soup over 90-second brown basmati rice. Top with lime juice & chopped onions. Hummus & veggies to dip. Beef stew, homemade or Dinty Moore. Spaghetti and meatballs but no Parmesan cheese. Try new sauces like squash or Arrabiata. Ham sandwich with mustard & lettuce on marble rye bread. Make an omelette with spinach, salsa, sausage and roll it up in a flour tortilla. Or skip the sausage & roll it with bacon strips. Taquitos and salad. Gyoza dumplings from the frozen section of the grocery. Asian and Mediterranean foods don’t use much dairy.
