Miniature golf and an arcade. It’s so much fun acting like kids together.
Well depends where you live Here in Ohio we have so many options. Take a river boat ride sky wheel old time arcade bars concerts painting with a twist axe throwing i honestly could go on and on but there’s tons to do
See a show, here nearby bar plays live metal music which we’re into. Yours could be a festival nearby to see. It’s a lot of fun

Go golfing, a wine night with cheese and meat platter, watch the sunset have a picnic, a nice evening walk with some ice cream or a treat you both like

Go kart and then mini golf.
Those paint and drink class. Local festivals there are some that are really fun. Amusement park.
Idk what type of area you live in but take an old fashioned picnic. Go backroading with the windows down and your favorite songs blaring. Sit in the middle next to him (if possible). Go fishing.

Idk whats around you but somewhere outside and swimming
If you have a indoor skydiving centre that might be fun, or if you have enough money, you could get one of those experience packs. The driving a ferrari would be amazing for some people. There’s always bowling and then having a drive around country lanes. It all depends on your interests really.
Cake decorating contest with theme such as favorite TV show etc. We walk.
Indoor trampoline park. That’s always the bomb.
Go to an amusement park, or concert. Something you guys did together before the kiddos
