Me I hated the smell of meat cooking but had a major craving for raw mince meat for about 3 weeks drove me mad
I was like that with my second all through my pregnancy.
I lied and said it made me sick to smell it so my husband would cook.
Yep. It’s been like this thru most of my pregnancies for me. I just can’t do most meats. I can eat fish usually but not always. I just try to make sure I’m getting plenty of protein and fats from other sources still. It unfortunately didn’t stop for me, but that doesn’t mean it won’t get better for you. Food aversions can change throughout pregnancy, but sometimes they don’t. I drink whey protein shakes, high protein ensures and try to eat lots of nuts and peanut butter and fish whenever my body will let me. So far we haven’t had any issues from my meat aversions.
My 2nd pregnancy I didn’t eat any meat. It grossed me out so much
why are you asking people you don’t know ask your doctor
I couldn’t stand the smell, taste or texture of chicken (except chicken strips) when I was pregnant. My son is now 2.5 & I still struggle with it.
