Do any moms work overnight? How do you manage?

Do any moms here work overnight? What is your method for managing any tips? I have four children, three of which are in school and one of whom is in daycare. I am nervous about doing overnight for the first time ever

I works nights, when he’s in school I get to sleep. When there’s no school thankfully my son lets me sleep for a few hours , he’s 7. It’s rough but gotta do what you gotta do. My husband was on nights when our son was a baby. I don’t know how he did it but he did
T nights take time for your body to adjust it’ll be rough the first month or so

I use to do nights and you just make it work. Hubby worked days so l slept when baby slept or when oldest got home from school for a few hours or when husband got home.
