Does anyone have a swivel car seat?

Does anyone have a swivel car seat? Thoughts? Or recommendations on a convertible car seat? My girl is still well within the weight limits of her infant seat but she’s so miserable and uncomfy in it.

She’s safest staying in the infant seat (and every level after) untill she’s maxed out.

I am planning to get the swivel seat as soon as my newborn is to the point I don’t want to carry her seat every where we go

Britax clicktight convertible seats go from newborn rear facing through school aged forward facing harnessed. We have the britax advocate clicktight that harnesses rear facing or forward facing up to I think 65 pounds but they also have the britax one for life that goes from fear facing newborn infant to forward facing harness to school aged booster.

I loved my britax seats. I now have my girls in safety first convertible seats …
I have read and seen articles that the swivel seats can get stuck or “hang up” on the track

My grandson had the evenflo 360 gold. It’s a little pricy. But it’s an amazing car seat

The swivel seats aren’t recommended by car seat techs for a variety of reasons. Britax clicktight is amazing ! My daughter was in two car seats previous to and screamed the entire time. She loves car rides now.

I never had a swivel seat but I put my daughter in a convertible car seat before age 1 but made sure she was still rear facing. Some are made for as little as 5 pounds. It made her so much comfier

Infant seats also have a height limit, most baby’s outgrow the height before the weight limit, it’s important to make sure she’s also within the height limit.

Some of these comments seriously make me think ill be taking my 11 year old to birthday parties and all his friends will be in backwards car seats. :woman_facepalming: Shes asking about a convertible car seat, not asking if she can put her infant/toddler in the front seat with no carseat.

I have the Graco 4ever for all 3 of my littles ranging from 7yr to 2yr. I transitioned each at about 1-2 months Bc they hated it so much.
Main thing, it does take up a lot more space than a traditional infant seat when in the 4ever is in the youngest /infant setting

The Nuna… This one is from 5 lbs to 60 lbs and as a booster till 120 lbs!!! A bit pricey but this is all you need
