Does the diaper rash spray work?

I’m looking at diaper rash creams and wanted to know what y’all think about the spray stuff. My child has pretty sensitive skin. So, any thoughts or recommendations?

I used buttocks, only thing that seemed to work.

The only cream that ever worked was when it was prescribed for serious fungal rashes, but otherwise cream tends to cause irritation. A guy I know once told me he tried it for his heat rash and asked me to not use ointment on my sons anymore because “That s#%t burns!” Since then I only ever used Caldesene medicated powder, comes in a pink bottle and worked forever after, eliminating rash problems from then on because it was dry and had quick results. When using sprays avoid aerosols, many sprays contain alcohols but I imagine spray form only minimizes messy fingertips and touching sensitive skin.

Z-Guard I used it in the hospitals

You may think I’m crazy but cornstarch works amazing on mine

I like the spray as a quick alternative when out and about, but if your child is prone to pretty bad diaper rash I wouldn’t suggest it for every day use.

We got the spray for my granddaughter, was easier to spray then touch an already red bum less touching the better

Sounds weird but desitin mixed with Kyla ya is the best thing for a diaper rash. It was doctor recommended.

This is my favorite. Rash clears up quick on my son

My kids did not like the aquifer (sp?) spray they said it burns and I saw there was alcohol listed on the ingredients…

Corn starch is the best for diaper rash

Metanium is my firm fave it gets rid of any rash within one or two uses

Cornstarch is the only way to go!! Just dont let powder be around the baby without constant supervision. Dont want baby inhaling it.

my baby hated the cold spritz… but it worked lol

I’m 100% sure this works better than any thing use corn starch it never fails

My girls got bad had to had prescription ointment
