Has anyone ever experienced and ectopic pregnancy? How did you know? I have the paragaurd IUD that I had placed in October of 2020 after I had my second daughter. I’ve had no issues with it up until last week. I had my period the week prior like normal and about a week after I had spotting which had never happened before. Then I noticed random, strange cramp feelings. And the past few days I have been dealing with dizziness and just generally feeling faint. I have a doctors appointment set up for tomorrow, but I am freaking out, and just looking for anyone else that has experienced something like this and it was something else?? TIA
