I dont got eggs for meatloaf . What else can i use instead of eggs and how much for 2 lbs

You don’t really need egg in meatloaf. I use grated carrot and zucchini as a binder, bread crumb (if mix is too wet). The veggies also maintain a moisture level you’d get from eggs. I do prefer using eggs but have made it a few times without

Some grocery stores sell egg substitutes.
I seen someone on tiktok use flax and water as an egg substitute
My friend taught me the one cup of raw rice mixed in if you bake it slow…worked out great…built in side!
