All veggies before any fruits. Always feed baby the same food for 2-3 days (in case there’s an allergic reaction you’ll know what caused it) and don’t give baby mixes (example: carrots/peas) for the same reason.

Hi! Nutritionist here! Start with veggies first it’ll get them use to the taste of veggies over sweet fruits. Only try one food at a time to watch for allergies. Give baby the same food for a few days to a week then move to another kind. Only mix foods when you’ve tried each one separately. I work with kids under 5 if you have any questions feel free to message me! I love helping new mommies out!

Between baby oatmeal and baby rice i always chose the oatmeal. Baby rice seems to cause constipation and has like no nutritional value.

Try mashed veggies a lot also. Babies may not like it the first 10 times even, but if you keep trying they aquire the taste

I have always done baby rice cereal first, or weetbix with formula or breastmilk -
(depending what bubs has).
Baby custard
Fruit purée.
Potato- pumpkin mash

Either make ur own. (I usually put aside veggies when we had veggies for dinner)
Otherwise shops have a good variety of baby foods

We just gave what ever :tipping_hand_woman:t3: it honestly doesn’t matter what you start with, as long as you feed the same for at least a week to make sure there is no allergies. Other than that start with what ever :woman_shrugging:t3:

All veggies, maybe carrots, or butternut squash would be a good first one , with things like peas and greenbeans that she hated (she would gag lol) I’d mix a little banana in each bite

Vegetables. Always vegetables first.
I would start with like carrots. And ensure that you stick with the same kind for at least a week to make sure no allergies arise

Very easy to boil and purée your own, then freeze in ice cube trays for individual servings.

Start with vegetables, purée or steamed.

I was always told veggies first, then fruit. That way they don’t get stuck on sweet.

Veggies and meats first. Sweets later

Vegetables first ,than fruit.

I rotated with my daughter veggie, fruit, veggie, meat, veggie, fruit… just to give her options. Shes now almost 4 and eats every veggie or fruit put infront of her even the few that me and her father dont eat she will eat whole lol. She wasnt a fan of the cereal oatmeal or rice so we then tryed greek yoguart instead and she did fine with that also

Baby oatmeal. Then veggies. She probably won’t like the veggies at first. The carrots and green beans are probably the most tasty.

I started my baby on steamed sweet potatoes (they get so soft they are basically pureed)

We started with avocado then banana. We didn’t do puree, just mashed.

We skipped baby good and went straight to regular food. Our kids got everything we had (small small bites) except raw honey.

With all of the recalls, I always do baby led weaning with my kids.

I just give whatever I am eating.
Avocado wedges, banana, fruit, oatmeal with peanut butter, eggs.
This age is all about exploring the food with all senses.

I always start with green beans to get my babies used to less sweet foods. Then I introduce peas, squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, apple sauce, peaches, pairs and I always save bananas for last.

I never used baby food. I fed mine what I ate from three months old. Mashed potatoes. Eggs etc. By six months he is completely ready for table foods.

Baby led weaning for us. He ate what we ate. Never have to buy baby food was so much cheaper healthier and easier.
